1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL, the company that makes and runs Lovele Arcade. Its details are at the end of these terms.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL. "You" means the person who uses the app. "The app" means Lovele Arcade for Android and iOS and the games in it, starting with Lovele Rush.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy. It explains what data we process and why.

These terms exist in Romanian and English. If the two differ, the Romanian version prevails. If your app is set to another language, the English version applies to you.

3. Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them.
• We ask for your date of birth when you create an account. Give your real date of birth.
• One account per person.

4. Your account

• You sign in with the methods the app offers: a code sent to your email address or phone, or your Google or Apple account.
• Keep your email, phone and sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, unless it happens through our fault.
• Your display name and @username must not be offensive or misleading, and must not pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.

5. The games

• Lovele Arcade is a multiplayer arcade. Lovele Rush is a race for up to 9 runners. You can race with friends or with players worldwide.
• Players on other versions of the game, for example on the web, can join the same race.
• When not enough people join a race, the open seats are filled by computer-controlled runners.
• The game deals each runner a hero for each race. You do not choose it.
• Our servers decide places, results and points. The app shows what the server returns.
• There are daily limits on how many races you can play. The app shows them. They can change.
• We may add games, and change, improve, pause or stop a game or a feature.

6. Points

• You earn points by finishing races. Better places earn more points.
• The best players of the day can also win daily Top prizes, paid in points.
• We set the points for each place, the daily prizes and the daily limits, and the app shows them. They can change.
• Points have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold or transferred to another account.
• You can use points in the shop for some cosmetic items (section 7).
• Ads never give points.
• We may correct your balance if points were added by mistake, by a technical error, or by breaking these terms (section 9).
• When your account is deleted, its points are deleted too.

7. Heroes, the shop and cosmetic items

• Your heroes and their looks belong to your account and stay with you in every game of the app.
• In the shop you can unlock cosmetic items for your heroes: skins, held items and special skins.
• You pay for them with in-game currencies that you earn by playing: Sparks (earned by racing), Hero Shards and hero mastery. Some Common and Rare items can also be unlocked with points.
• Nothing in the app is sold for real money. The app has no purchases with money.
• Some items are offered only for a limited time, for example in the Featured list or for a season.
• Cosmetic items only change how a hero looks. Everyone in the race sees your look, on every version of the game. They give no advantage in races.
• An unlock is final once the currency is spent. If an item is not delivered or a technical error happens, write to us and we fix it.
• Items and in-game currencies are linked to your account. You cannot transfer them to another account. They end when your account is deleted.
• We may add items, change prices or take items out of the shop. Items you already own stay yours.

8. Ads

• The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad when a race is about to start, and optional rewarded ads.
• A rewarded ad gives you one extra race over the daily limit. Our server grants it only after the ad is completed. It never gives points.
• Advertisers are responsible for their ads and their products.
• The Privacy Policy explains how ads use data and how you make your choices.

9. Fair play

You must not:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts, modified apps or any tool that plays for you or changes how the game works;
• use more than one account, or let others use yours, to get more points or races;
• exploit bugs (please report them to us instead);
• copy, reverse engineer or attack the app, our servers or other players, except where the law allows it;
• click ads on purpose to inflate them, or ask others to;
• harass, threaten or insult other players;
• use the app for anything illegal.

We use automatic checks to keep races fair, including device integrity checks (Google Play Integrity and Apple App Attest). If we find a breach, we may cancel points earned through it, remove items, limit features, or suspend or close the account. Unless security or the law prevents it, we tell you why, and you can reply to [email protected] to ask for a review by a person.

10. Friends and invites

You can add friends and invite them to races with a link or a room code. If you allow notifications, the app sends you push notifications, such as race invites from friends. You can turn them off in your phone settings.

11. Deleting your account

• You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Profile and tap Delete account.
• You can also ask by email: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account.
• The account closes immediately and is deleted for good after 14 days. If you sign in again within those 14 days, the deletion is cancelled.
• After deletion, your points, heroes' items, in-game currencies and game history are gone and cannot be restored.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when we add games or features or when the law changes. Each version has a name, such as arcade-2026-10-30. When a change matters to you, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. If you do not agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

13. Our content

The app, the games, the heroes, the art, the sounds and the names Lovele Arcade and Lovele Rush belong to us or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for your own play, while you follow these terms.

14. Availability and liability

• We work to keep the app available and working. It may still be down, slow or have bugs at times, for example during updates.
• The app may download game updates when it starts.
• The app is free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by your device, your connection or third parties.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for harm we cause on purpose or by gross negligence.

15. Law and complaints

Romanian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can go to the courts where you live.
